Lubna Ghosn, Founder of Medicaltancy Consultants, and a veteran healthcare advisor who led and managed some of the top healthcare brands in the UAE. Lubna is a healthcare strategist and marketer with a demonstrated 12 years of creating client value and fostering partnerships to drive impact and change in healthcare delivery. Astute in strategy, business development, consulting, program management, marketing, and communications. Lubna holds a Master’s in business administration and a Master’s in Archaeology from USEK university – Lebanon. As well as a Hospital Services Management certificate from Wollongong University – Dubai. Lubna speaks & writes four languages: Arabic- French – English & German.
Salim Fleifel

Salim Fleifel , Over 15 years of Financial Analysis experience with strong quantitative, technical, and management skills to assess and lead Healthcare Market and Financial Studies. Salim possesses strong experience in Fundamental Analysis, DCF ( discounted cash flow), FCFF (free cash flow to the firm), FCFE (free cash flow to equity), DDM (dividend discount model), NPV ( net present value), IRR ( internal rate of return) & Relative Valuations in addition to Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Modelling and Projections, Financial Reporting, and Analysis for clients across multiple sectors. Mohammad Mneimneh, has More than 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors in the MENA region. His experience includes advisory services on transactions, feasibilities, investments, PPP, project management, financial modelling, and risk analysis. His specialty sectors include but not limited to Social Projects (Schools, Hospitals, Hotels & Housing), Infrastructure and Energy Transportation, Waste-Water, Municipal Services, Real Estate, Chemical, Petro chemical and Oil & Gas. Mohammad holds a master’s in business administration from the Lebanese American University and a bachelor’s in chemistry from the American University of Beirut

Wissam Abousleiman has actively for 22+ years led complex assignments covering audit & assurance, board level good governance advisory practices, business valuations & restructuring, due diligences for M&A deals, & tax planning for cross border structures & transactions across varying industries i.e. pharmaceutical & medical, energy, oil & gas, financial, social insurance, media & telecom, industry & manufacturing, wholesale & retail, etc… As a business solution minded specialist, he has worked with dozens of high profiled businesses & organizations including multinationals, financial institutions, social welfare funds, public agencies, non-profits, mainly across Europe, the GCC, & the MENA region; where he has also been a guest speaker & panelist at high level events. Wissam holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from The Lebanese University. He is a certified Lebanese Public Accountant (LACPA). & Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Lebanese American University in Beirut .
